Uma Karuna Thurman was an American actress who is best known for portraying 'Mia Wallace," in the dark comedy movie "Pulpfiction." The role she played in the film earned her the status of one of Hollywood's top stars. She is a dedicated actor that isn't afraid of shedding her glam image. Awards were awarded for her dazzled role in the "Kill Bill" movie series. The actress was born into an unorthodox family with an Indian-sounding name. Growing up, the lanky girl was often laughed for her striking frame and large feet.
